Sue Hook

| Sue joined the company in November 2001 after a successful career in the Health Service and took charge of the Human Resource function. since that time Sue has developed the HR function to ensure that the Rowe Group is an employer of choice in the local area. this has led to the introduction of many innovative people practices and ultimately the achievement of Investors in People in May 2004 . Sue plays a proactive role in providing strategic advice and support to the Board and Managers of the Group, ensuring people practices are fully integrated into the business plans for each part of the Group. Sue lectures nationally on staff involvement and participation and is a keen proponent of partnership working. She has a Masters in Human Resources, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, NLP Business Practitioner and qualified PRINCE2 practitioner. |

Tony Redfearn

With many years of experience in the Information Communication Technology (ICT) industry Tony is well placed to manage and develop the Rowe Group’s IT infrastructure. His background includes over 10 years as IT & Communication Manager for the Cornwall Healthcare Trust, running his own business selling IT equipment and working internationally as a consultant. His role at the Rowe Group focuses on the subsidiaries strategic direction in relation to IT, identifying new technologies, processes and policies that will help the companies reduce their costs and remain competitive.
