In 2004, the property interests of the Rowe Group led to the formation of a new company to become a major player in the regional and national property market with dedicated to development.

Rowe Property Developments, embracing all sectors of the market – residential, commercial and industrial – is currently pursuing prospective projects across the Southwest and nationally. The new company represents the first major expansion for the 124-year-old Group since the Chairman Charles Howeson signalled a new direction for the organisation when he was appointed in 2003.

Mike Greenslade, who has 30 years’ experience with the Group, latterly as its property manager, was appointed Managing Director of Rowe Property Developments.
